President Donald Trump doubled down on his criticism of Rob Reiner, asserting today the slain Hollywood director was “a deranged person.” The president’s remarks followed his post on Truth Social earlier today in which he suggested Reiner’s death stemmed from “Trump derangement syndrome.” A range of lawmakers and other political figures, including multiple Republicans, have denounced the incendiary comments.
