Stephen Miller says US is using military threat to maintain control of Venezuela

Senior White House aide Stephen Miller said in an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper that the US is “in charge” of Venezuela because of the threat posed by the military forces that remain stationed just off the nation’s coast.
