Pair figure skating highlights afternoon action in Winter Olympics as USA awaits gold medal match opponent in women’s hockey

• Evening in Italy: It’s evening in Italy and we’re watching the pair figure skating free skate, the women’s monobob and two jumping events – men’s super team ski jumping and women’s freestyle skiing big air – that have faced delays due to winter weather in the Alps.

Revenge is a dish best served cold: Team USA racked up a dominating 5-0 win over Sweden in the women’s hockey semifinals. The Swedes beat the US in this same round at the 2006 Winter Games. The US will face Canada or Switzerland in the gold medal game Thursday.
